Christian Aid Week 2018

Christian Aid Week 2018

This year’s theme for Christian Aid Week was “Together we are stronger”, and that was definitely the case at The Chapel Coffee House in Ormesby St Margaret, when hundreds of people took part in a week of special events. A pop-up charity shop meant that customers could browse and buy while enjoying the usual delicious refreshments on offer. A concert by The Trinity Broads Singers and an evening buffet of wonderful food from around the globe were both very popular. Over £2600 was raised which Christian Aid will use to help some of the most vulnerable people in the world. The organisers would like to thank all the wonderful volunteers and customers who contributed to making the week such a success.
